jt-manufacturingoy offers a wide range of service trolley designed for professional kitchens, designed to withstand demanding daily use. Stainless steel trolleys are sturdy and durable, and are ideal for both large and small spaces. Our range of flatbed trolleys covers a variety of sizes and models, so you can find the right solution for your kitchen. For example, the two-level trolley is also available as a lower nursery trolley (TV8PK), designed specifically for children.

All our service trolleys are assembled by welding, which ensures a strong and durable structure. The trolleys are delivered pre-assembled, so they are ready for use immediately. The trolleys have a load capacity of 160 kg and the ends of the foot tubes are welded shut to ensure hygiene and safety. The levels have a raised edge to prevent objects from falling during transport. The flat wagons are equipped with quiet and smooth-running Manner Tango wheels with a diameter of 125 mm. Two of the wheels are lockable, which increases safety and keeps the trolley in place when needed.

jt-manufacturingoy’s height-adjustable trolley are designed as mobile working platforms where the height can be mechanically adjusted according to the user’s needs. They are ideal for a variety of tasks such as packing, emptying dams and returning dishes, for example in day-care centres.

The height of the trolley can be adjusted within a range of 200 mm between 650 and 850 mm. A handy crank mechanism makes height adjustment easy, and after use the rake can be swung under the level so it is out of the way. The trolley has a load capacity of 100 kg, making it durable and suitable for a wide range of uses.
