Storage grids offer a sustainable and hygienic way to store goods in professional kitchens and other demanding environments. They allow goods to be removed from the floor, improving cleanliness and making it easier to keep premises tidy.

The range includes a storage bin made entirely of SS and a version with a stainless steel construction but with a removable grate made of food-grade plastic. The plastic grating is machine washable, so it remains hygienic and is particularly suitable for food storage. A pull loop is available as an option to facilitate the movement of the grating trolleys.

Sink table and worktable tops are manufactured of both stainless and acid-proof steel according to their intended use. Resistant to heavy wear and easy to clean, our hygienic tops have been specifically designed for professional use. By special order, we also provide wood and stone table tops as well as table tops made of food grade plastic.

The substructures are fitted with GN-dimensioned cabinets, drawers and runners. Additionally, we also manufacture perforated plate, grate and solid shelves as well as racks of different sizes for storing chopping boards.

Washbasins, also available in made-to-order dimensions, can be fitted in the tabletops separately, in pairs or as a basin series.

Sink tables can be fitted with standard-size sinks chosen from our sink list or sinks with made-to-order dimensions. Where required, the sinks will be provided with overflow holes and drain valves.

The frame can be fitted with suitable shelves, runners, cabinets, waste trolley cabinets and drawers selected from our range. The cabinets and drawers can also be equipped with drawer locks.

Combining different frame units makes it possible to create a table that suits the intended use exactly.

The installation of the installation wall can be done on the wall’s own legs, we also manufacture a model where the plinth is installed when the floor is cast and the actual installation wall is installed later. The size of the installation wall/technical wall is determined by the number of installations and the application requirements of the site.

Height-adjustable trolley

jt-manufacturingoy’s height-adjustable trolley are designed as mobile working platforms where the height can be mechanically adjusted according to the user’s needs. They are ideal for a variety of tasks such as packing, emptying dams and returning dishes, for example in day-care centres.

The height of the trolley can be adjusted within a range of 200 mm between 650 and 850 mm. A handy crank mechanism makes height adjustment easy, and after use the rake can be swung under the level so it is out of the way. The trolley has a load capacity of 100 kg, making it durable and suitable for a wide range of uses.

The trolleys are made by welding, which ensures a strong and durable structure. The trolleys are delivered pre-assembled, so they are ready for use immediately. The trolleys have a load capacity of 160 kg and the ends of the foot tubes are welded shut to ensure hygiene and safety. The levels have a raised edge to prevent objects from falling during transport. The height-adjustable trolleys are equipped with quiet and smooth-running Manner ball-bearing Tango wheels with a diameter of 125 mm. Two of the wheels are lockable, which increases safety and keeps the trolley in place when needed.
