jt-manufacturingoy sink trolley is designed to facilitate work in the professional kitchen and improve hygiene, as it functions both as a soaking trolley for dirty dishes and as an auxiliary trolley for pre-cooking. A practical and hygienic solution that makes kitchen work more efficient, the ball valve at the bottom allows the trolley to be emptied quickly and easily, reducing the number of work steps. Made of durable, food-grade stainless steel construction, it is easy to keep clean, making it an excellent choice for professional kitchens.

The structure is made by welding, which ensures strength and durability. We always deliver the trolleys pre-assembled, so you can start using them straight away. In jt-manufacturingoy trolleys, the ends of the foot tubes are welded shut to ensure hygiene and safety. The trolleys have quiet, smooth-running Manner Tango wheels with a diameter of 125 mm for smooth movement. Two of the wheels are lockable for added safety and to keep the structure in place when needed.

Kurasyöppö Grid

We manufacture a range of stainless and acid-proof gratings for floor basins and wells. RST gratings and HST gratings are resistant to the elements and can also be manufactured in pump truck and forklift resistant strengths.

Easy grid

The standard choice for the jt-manufacturingoy Kurasyöppö is the easy grid (height 25 mm), but it is also suitable as a grate for floor basins. Its special circular profile makes it more comfortable to walk on, especially in barefoot or light-footed areas. The design of the easy grid is ideal for use as a flooring solution in nurseries, schools and other curatorial facilities.

Kurasyöppö is stainless steel, so it is easy to keep clean. The easiest way to clean the basin under the grate is to spray it with water. A dirt basins sediment basket collects rubbish and loose debris, preventing it from clogging the drain.

9080 Horizontal barrel well DN75

Barrel wells are used in washrooms, in the food industry and in preparation kitchens in front of pots.

Domestic stainless steel side discharge barrel well, equipped with a perforated SS strainer cover and a removable SS straine basket with a capacity of approx. 9 litres. The water trap is fitted with a rubber stopper to facilitate cleaning
Depending on the flooring material, the wells are fitted with fittings suitable for plastic mats, ceramic tiles or solid floors.
When planning the installation of a barrel well, it must be taken to ensure that there are no furniture structures above the well, e.g. to prevent emptying the large strainer baskets from inside the barrel well.

A lateral connection can be welded to the well, either on the side of the well or through the sediment bucket. The sediment bucket can be connected to the jt-manufacturingoy floor basin at the factory.

On request, the well is also available in acid-resistant steel. (HST)

9070 Horizontal sand separator well DN75

Horizontal sand separator well are used in areas where sand or other solid waste can enter the sewer, such as production plants, industrial kitchens and wet rooms. Stainless steel wells ensure long life and reliable operation.

Domestic stainless steel side discharge gully, equipped with RST screen 9054 and a removable RST sediment container with a capacity of approx. 9 litres. It is equipped with a DN75 outlet. The grating is supplied with a material thickness of 2 mm. The grating is also available in a stronger forklift resistant version.

Depending on the flooring materials, the manholes are fitted with fittings suitable for plastic mats, ceramic tiles or solid flooring. We also produce wells for thicker tiles for outdoor use, such as marble, mosaic concrete, dry pressed concrete.

A lateral connection can be welded to the well, either in the well body or through the septic tank. It is possible to connect the grit separation well to the jt-manufacturingoy floor tank at the factory.

On request, the well is also available in acid-resistant steel. (HST)

9050 Horizontal floor well DN75

Our floor wells are domestic, stainless steel wells of high quality and durability.

A specially shaped sewer pipe has been used to maximise the height of the sewer outlet. The well is equipped with a fixed water trap with a rubber stopper for easy cleaning. The well is fitted with the necessary fitting at the factory to ensure that the well is watertight even between the floor material and the well. The target cover supplied with the well can also be supplied as a pump trolley
or forklift resistant cover.

The well can be connected directly to the floor tank at the factory, offering flexibility for different installation options. A septic tank is available as an option

If required, a riser and a DN32 or DN50 branch are available for the manhole. For more information on these, please contact sales.
